Is this plan suitable for beginners?

Yes it’s ideal for beginners.

 

But to be clear: if you’re day-one, never stepped foot in a gym, this might feel like a lot of information because it’s detailed and structured.

 

If you’ve been to the gym even a handful of times even if you’ve no idea what you’re doing this will suit you perfectly. You don’t need to be an expert or even “into” the gym. You just need to have been in the building once or twice. The plan takes it from there.

Do I need a fully-kitted gym?

No. You get alternatives for every major exercise if your gym is missing equipment or if you’re training in a small hotel gym. You’ll always have a version of the movement you can do.

What if I’ve been training for years - is this still for me?

Yes. This is built around the same principles I use with experienced clients who want more strength, muscle, and structure.

If you’ve been winging it, stuck in a rut, or doing random programmes, this gives you a proven system that actually works.

How many days a week is it?

You choose the version that suits your life: 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day.

Results come from the structure and the mechanical-tension approach not from training six days a week for the sake of it.

Yes. Every exercise has a full video demo from me showing exactly how I want you to do it, the key points to focus on, and how hard you should be pushing. No confusion. No guesswork.
