Do I have to be in shape to start?
No. We train everyone complete beginners to experienced athletes. But if you’re new, you’ll feel right at home. Our gyms are private, welcoming, and our coaches will guide you every step.

What are the classes like?
Check out our Instagram we post class videos daily. No random workouts, no CrossFit, no burpees. Everything we do has a purpose. For a more in depth look at the CNF system click here.

Can I use both gyms on one membership?
Yes. Your membership works in both Rathcoole and Johnstown at no extra cost. Most gyms charge extra for this we don’t.
4.
Is there a joining fee?
No. Zero. We keep it simple choose your membership, get started, and we’ll handle the rest.
5.
I’ve never been in a gym will I know what to do?
Yes. Every session is fully coach-led. We show you each movement, keep an eye on your form, and adapt things to suit your level.
6.
I’ve had injuries can I still train?
Absolutely. We’ll adjust exercises so you can train safely and still get results.

Do you have a price list or timetable?

When I buy, what happens next?
As soon as you purchase a membership, your access to our gyms is activated instantly.
You’ll receive an email with a PDF guide explaining exactly how to book in and use your membership.
This email will also include a link to our members-only resource area, which contains thousands of euros worth of expert guides including calorie calculators, nutrition tips, fat loss strategies, sleep guides, and more. These resources are regularly updated to help you get the best results possible.
