The Gold Card is our all-access membership, train as often as you like, in Rathcoole or Johnstown, early mornings or late nights. No booking, no waiting lists, no cancellation fees just show up and train.
It’s ideal if you train two or more days a week or if your schedule’s unpredictable. Every session is fully coached, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and how hard to push, whether you’re new or experienced.
Gold Card members also get exclusive access to our private members’ area with guides on nutrition, calories, protein, sleep, and recovery all personally updated by Cillián.
