DONAL'S transformation
Donal Is a perfect example of a man who diligently followed every detail of both his training and nutrition (Donal started lifting weights in November himself and then came to me this year as he wanted help with program design and a full nutrition plan)
Many people contact the gym everyday talking about wanting to Lose fat, Gain muscle etc which is great, that’s common what’s uncommon is someone who has the discipline to match their aspirations. Within 5 minutes talking to Donal I knew he would get the results he wanted.
